It's a girl!

So, even though my mommy instincts told me weeks ago that this little angel was a girl...we got our proof on Friday during an ultra sound from a tech who said, well, I don't see any boy parts. :o) Pretty funny stuff. So our little girl is absolutely beautiful. She is measuring big for her age (24 weeks) especially her legs (she must get that from Matt!) and my belly is measuring ahead too, but my weight is fine actually...the one thing I was scared of, I even told the girls at work, I think I gained too much weight this month, my doctor is going to yell at me. I only gained 2 lbs this month which 2-4 lbs a month is completely normal, but the height of my belly grew a lot, before my fondal height (height of the uterus) was measuring behind, now it's measuring ahead of my due date. Oh well, when the Bean comes, she comes. I'm just so happy she's healthy! We got to see her little spine, her stomach, her pumping heart, her tooth buds (Matt says he already knows she's going to need braces, what a dork!) it was just amazing. So everything is great, we're having a daughter...now to pick out a name...
